  • We do not share your information with any third party without your consent
  • We do not overwhelm your inbox with emails
  • We do not bombard you with telephone calls
  • If we have obtained your data from an approved third party, such as a job board or LinkedIn we will always disclose the source of the information and confirm what information has been stored
  • If you no longer wish for us to hold your information, we act quickly in removing it
  • We give you complete control through our Candidate Portal
  • We work with complete transparency and only hold relevant information
  • Your data is secure on our encrypted servers
  • We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Your principal rights under data protection law are you have the right to;

(a) access;
(b) rectification;
(c) erasure;
(d) restrict processing;
(e) object to processing;
(f)  data portability;
(g) complain to a supervisory authority; and
(h) withdraw consent

But what does this mean?

  • You are able to access all the information we hold on you
  • You can stop us from processing your information
  • You can manage or edit this information
  • You have the right to ‘be forgotten’ and removed from our systems
  • You have the right to be sent the data we hold on you 
  • You have the right to only have relevant information held 
  • You are able to withdraw consent at any stage

We also give you access to our Candidate Portal where you are able to;

  • Give / remove your consent for contact
  • View the information we hold on you
  • Completely manage, edit and update your details
  • Sign up for  and manage job alerts
  • Request for your details to be deleted
